4. Contact form and email delivery

9. Mobile App and Device Permissions
Our mobile applications (iOS and Android) may request certain device permissions to provide core functionalities:
- Microphone: Required for our AI voice-to-action features to transcribe commands. Voice data is processed securely and PII is redacted.
- Camera & Photo Library: Required to upload documents and X-rays to your patient records.
10. Data Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
To request data deletion, please contact your dental practice directly (as they are the Data Controller), or submit a deletion request via our support email at support@vodett.ai. We will permanently delete your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention policies and legal obligations.
11. Data retention
Contact enquiries are stored for as long as necessary to handle your request and are deleted afterwards, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
Server log data is retained for a limited period of [Retention period, e.g. 30 days] and then deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention is required to investigate a specific security incident.
