Effective date: 24 August 2026. These terms of service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the vodett.ai website (the “Website”), operated by Vodett, St. Pölten, Austria (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Use of the Vodett application at app.vodett.ai — including any trial, subscription or customer account — is governed by a separate agreement concluded with the customer and is not covered by these Terms.

The Website is intended for dental professionals, practices and other business users seeking information about our services, as well as for general visitors. By using the Website, you confirm that you are able to enter into a binding agreement under the law applicable to you and that you will use the Website in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may use the Website for lawful, informational purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and any instructions provided on the Website.

All Content on the Website — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, page design and software — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your own internal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or public display of Website Content requires our prior written consent. The Vodett name and logo may not be used without our permission.

The Website and its Content are provided “as is” and “as available”. Although we take care to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date, we make no warranties or representations as to its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Product descriptions, feature lists and pricing information on the Website are for general information only and do not constitute a binding offer. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice.

The Website describes practice management software for dental professionals. Nothing on the Website constitutes medical, dental or other professional advice, and the Content must not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified practitioner. Decisions about patient care remain the sole responsibility of the treating professional.

The Website provides information about the Vodett Application and may link to it. Registration for, access to and use of the Vodett Application — including any trial, subscription, customer account, patient data processing and related services — are governed by the separate agreement and applicable product terms concluded between us and the relevant customer, together with our Privacy Policy where applicable. These Terms do not grant any right to access or use the Vodett Application.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, tools or services that are not operated or controlled by us. We provide these links for convenience only and have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content, products or practices of third-party websites. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and policies.

Our processing of personal data in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://vodett.ai/privacy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its Content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that the Content is accurate, complete or current. Mandatory statutory warranty rights, in particular for consumers, remain unaffected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you habitually reside remain unaffected.

Where permitted by law, the courts competent for our registered seat in St. Pölten, Austria shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. These Terms, together with any documents expressly referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website.
